In connection with web and booking system operations, services from Supabase (backend and database infrastructure), Comgate, Sentry, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics 4, and YouTube are utilized.

By checking the box prior to completing registration, booking, or ordering, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), I hereby grant consent to the collection, storage, and processing of my personal data provided to the controller.

The controller collects, stores, and processes all aforementioned personal data for the following purposes:

Operation of the yoga studio and booking system, client and reservation administration, payment processing, service delivery, and performance of contractual obligations.

Personal data is processed automatically (digitally) using secure computers and software systems.

In case of doubt regarding compliance, you have the right to contact the controller or lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).

No automated individual decision-making or profiling under Article 22(1) and (4) GDPR takes place.

Personal data is not processed for scientific or historical research purposes. Statistical and analytical data may be processed for website and booking traffic evaluation.
